These terms cover your use of the Snout & Star website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Custom orders and proofs

Every product is made to order from the photo you provide. We email you a digital proof, and approving it confirms the design, including the spelling of names, dates, and any text. We print only after you approve.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload. You give us permission to use it only to create, proof, print, and support your order. We won't use your photo or artwork in our marketing without your permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the US. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before your order is made and may correct it.

Content we can't print

We can't reproduce logos, characters, or artwork owned by someone else, or images that are hateful or explicit. We may cancel and refund an order that includes them.

Intellectual property

Our intellectual property page explains who owns what. The Snout & Star name, logo, and website content belong to us.

Refunds and shipping

Our refund policy and our shipping policy are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
