Every Snout & Star order moves through four stages.
1. Proof
Within 2 business days of your order, we email you a digital proof. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Snout & Star.
2. Approval and changes
Reply to the proof email to approve it or to ask for changes. Two revisions are free, and printing starts only after you approve.
3. Printing
Printing usually takes 2 to 7 business days after approval. Orders with several products may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages.
4. Shipping and delivery
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link, and US delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days from there. You can also see your orders when you sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
Missing or damaged package?
If tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. Our shipping policy explains what happens next.
