Yes. Every order includes a digital proof, emailed within 2 business days. We only print and ship after you approve it.

Reply to the proof email and tell us what to adjust, like the background color, an ear, a collar, or the spelling of a name. Two revisions are free, and each one after that is $25. Switching to a different photo, pet, or art style after the first proof counts as a new order.

One clear, well-lit photo taken at eye level, with your pet's face in focus. Our photo guidelines show good and bad examples. If your photo is too blurry or dark to work with, we'll email you before we start.

Yes. Choose the number of pets on the product page, then upload one photo of each pet. Canvas prints, posters, blankets, and pillows fit up to three pets. Mugs, magnets, and sticker packs fit up to two.

Yes. Send the clearest photo you have, even if it's older or a little soft. If we can't get enough detail from it, we'll email you before we start, and you'll approve the proof before anything prints.

Canvas prints and posters (framed or unframed), sherpa blankets, mugs, throw pillows, magnets, and sticker packs. Memorial pieces come as a canvas, poster, blanket, mug, or pillow.

Yes. Add each product to your cart and upload the same photo for each one. Your proof shows the portrait before anything is printed.

Yes. Email us within 12 months of your order with your order number and what you'd like, and we'll send you an invoice. We print it from the portrait you already approved, so there's no new photo to send. If a new size or product needs a layout change, we'll email you a quick proof first.

Above a sofa or a bed, a canvas or poster in 18x24 or 24x36 inches usually looks right. On a shelf, a desk, or a narrow wall, 11x14 or 16x20 fits better. The size guide lists the exact dimensions of every product.

Your proof arrives within 2 business days. After you approve it, printing usually takes 2 to 7 business days, and delivery within the US usually takes another 2 to 5 business days. Holidays can add a few days.

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Our refund policy has the details.

Closely, but not exactly. Every screen shows color a little differently, so the printed piece can look slightly lighter or darker than your proof. Small shifts like that are normal.

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we'll ship it to them. The proof comes to your email, so you can check every detail and keep the surprise.

We use it only to create, proof, print, and support your order, and we don't use your pet's photo in our marketing unless you say yes first. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep it.
