Shipping policy

Free shipping in the US

Shipping is free on every order delivered to an address in the United States. There's no minimum order.

How long it takes

1. Proof: we email your digital proof within 2 business days of your order.
2. Printing: after you approve it, printing usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
3. Delivery: once your order ships, US delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Holidays and busy seasons can add a few days. If we expect your order to take longer than these times, we'll email you a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund if the new date doesn't work for you.

Tracking and multiple packages

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages, because each one is printed by the partner that specializes in that product.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it until your order goes to print.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email hello@snoutandstar.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll replace it or refund you under our refund policy.
